Every tip and goal stat is locked before kick-off. Here is each one with its lock time, and the check that nothing was changed afterwards.
How it works
- Each morning the day's picks are written to a log before the first kick-off, each with the time it was written.
- Each line is sealed together with the line before it, so the log is one chain.
- Changing, deleting or back-dating an old line would break the chain from that line on.
- Every site update checks the whole chain again; the result is shown below.
Match integrity: a new tip rule only goes live in leagues with no confirmed match-fixing case in the last three seasons, checked against public sources.
